This streaming portal is operated by the Wisdom For Business Conference, presented by the Loveworld Consul to South Africa and Malaysia ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Personal Information Collected

In accordance with Section 13 of POPIA (Collection for specific purpose), we only collect personal information that is adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary to deliver the digital conference broadcast service:

• Identity & Contact: Full name and email address.
• Authentication: Securely salted and hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords).
• Transaction Records: Merchant order reference, amount paid, and PayFast transaction status. (We do not collect, handle, or store credit card numbers or banking secrets — all payments are securely processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd under Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance).
• Streaming Session Integrity: Hashed session token, IP address, and browser User-Agent for single-screen enforcement to prevent unauthorized stream piracy and password sharing.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal information is processed under Section 11 of POPIA for the following lawful purposes:

• Creating and securing your attendee account.
• Issuing and verifying your digital conference broadcast pass.
• Sending essential transactional notifications (access links, payment receipts, password resets).
• Enforcing single-device viewing limits and securing our platform against fraudulent access.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers. Personal data is shared exclusively with necessary infrastructure operators under strict data confidentiality agreements:

• PayFast (Pty) Ltd: Payment gateway for processing South African Rand transactions.
• Transactional Email Dispatcher: For securely delivering your conference access tokens.

5. Security Safeguards (Section 19)

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted using standard TLS 1.3 / 256-bit encryption.

6. Your Statutory Rights (Sections 23 & 24)

As a data subject under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Access: Request confirmation of the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy thereof (accessible directly from your Attendee Portal).
• Correction: Request the correction or updating of inaccurate or outdated personal information.
• Deletion / Objection: Request the deletion or destruction of your account records once contractual obligations (such as stream delivery) have concluded.
